You can communicate with a diesel tech via live chat, text or call. Each diesel tech has a unique phone number so you can reach them directly. Text message & data rates may apply.

After remote diagnostics are completed the diesel tech will send an invoice to your email. You can either pay over the phone, pay on your own or charge the card associated to the subscription.

In this case we will forward you to our Roadside Assistance service, from there you will receive assistance with coordinating a repair, towing or physical diagnostics.

While we can't provide physical repairs, our dedicated Roadside Assistance team is here to assist you with coordinating the necessary repairs to get you back on the road.
However, many issues can be addressed through simple measures such as code clearing, forced DPF regen, or minor DIY repairs through Remote Diagnostics using our RTD Scan Tool.
Although we can't guarantee the operability of the truck solely through Remote Diagnostics, we are committed to getting your vehicle back on the road smoothly. Please note that our primary focus is on providing diagnostic information for troubleshooting purposes, and physical repair services are not within our scope. We're here to assist you positively and efficiently!

Warranty

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
In this situation, if the failure is due to a defect in the device or tablet, we will replace it at no cost. However, if the device or tablet has been damaged, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer partial refunds.

Short answer: Yes.
Long Answer: Yes, as long as you return the hardware.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

After receiving the return we have up to 30 days to process it. Once the return is processed the refund will be issued to the original payment method (this may take up to 5 business days).
