- O/O (1-5 Units) Standard Hours: $50/hr start to finish of diagnostics
- Fleet (5+ Units) Standard Hours: $40/hr start to finish of diagnostics
- O/O (1-5 Units) Extended Hours: $70/hr start to finish of diagnostics
- Fleet (5+ Units) Extended Hours: $60/hr start to finish of diagnostics
- 30 minute minimum charge (includes call & text support - monitoring parameters, troubleshooting, diagnosing fault codes etc.)
- We only charge labor rates for Remote Diagnostics. If your truck has an issue or fault code(s), just click the Remote Assist button on your dashboard and you will be connected. They'll figure out what's wrong remotely. We only bill you for the time we spend diagnosing it. No call out fees, per mile rates, scan tool connection fees etc.
